By not having a Legendary Protector title, more people are encouraged to try Hard Mode. And Hard Mode is a good time.

But only if it were a tier in the Legendary Guardian title, since it sort of makes sense. It already is a tier, you just can't show it.

or maybe they should change so that if you complete a mission in HM you don't have to play it in NM as well? ( and yes I already have Legendary Guardian )

It's really stupid anyways, but if ANet didn't want us to have free titles, we would have gotten the other four or five that are already out there. This would at least make it consistent.
